»For me, improvisation theatre is so much more than just an entertaining performing art. I am convinced that working with the principles of improvisation has a social importance: The ability to stay in the moment helps alleviate the fear of the unknown, the unplanned and a loss of control. Internalising the principle of 'yes, and' makes a person not only a good improv player, but also a better communicator and a better partner in relationships and in business.«
