Target audience: Designed for staff teams of different sizes and hierarchy levels as well as teams of CEOs and managers, for post-restructuring, revitalising and to bring fresh inspiration to longer-term teams.
Group size per instructor: max. 15 people
Duration: Impulse workshops from 90 minutes, more intensive sessions from 3-6 hours and long-term team development modules are possible.
Location: Seminar or workshop space, at least 60sqm, ideally bigger.
The effect of our improv training: your team will connect in a creative atmosphere in a new way and improve their communication skills with each other as they grow together in this shared experience. This will create a sense of trust, introducing a new dynamic and a feeling of motivation – not to mention, of course, that they'll have a lot of fun improvising together!
Whether in the context of a change-of-management process or for established teams: with our team-building sessions your staff will get to re-discover themselves and their co-workers and return to the challenges of their workplace with a strengthened sense of group identity. Our experienced business coaches combine interactive exercises that improve self-perception as well as one's awareness of others. For this we use association exercises, amongst others, in which the focus is on how participants perceive their counterparts' ideas. Using the techniques of group storytelling, they will strengthen acceptance and trust, enhancing a mutual sense of valuing each other.

In a detailed briefing session, we will determine the goals of your team building exercise as well as the necessary time parameters. Following that, we will put together a custom-made training for your individual situation, using proven techniques from our improv theatre practice. We can start as soon as we have fixed the date.
