Target group: Directors and middle managers, department managers, team leaders, management trainees
Group size per instructor: 4-10 people, both uniform groups from one company or more diverse groups from different companies are possible, with one-on-one coaching available upon request.

A successful leader is flexible and open-minded, constantly available for staff and is assertive yet understanding in personal discussions. Presence and empathy are vital factors that bring charisma to people in positions of power - and these skills can be learned using improv theatre exercises.
A natural, deeply ingrained awareness of one's own communication skills is a pre-requisite for intelligently implemented leadership skills. The result is a positive way of seeing and expressing oneself, which is the basis for target-oriented discussions, both with clients and co-workers. We'll practise this, e.g. using the mirror duo: A participant follows the expressions and gestures of their counterpart as precisely as possible, copying them like a mirror image. We’ll jointly reflect on the mirroring exercise, and the results can be transferred into the context of the working world, which we‘ll discuss afterwards.
Growth and innovation are central goals in most companies. Yet, the routine of day-to-day work tends to leave little space for the creativity needed to let new ideas emerge, develop and become integrated. By using association exercises and developing scenes and stories together, our training opens up new mental space and offers simple techniques that are applicable in the long run. The participants will gain valuable tips on how to integrate these techniques in their everyday working lives.
