An external perspective on your own company, a certain event or some specific company content has a revitalising effect and opens up surprising new ways of thinking. Our Gorillas will attend and observe your event, sit in on the workshops, presentations and seminars and gather impressions which they’ll bring to life in a live theatre show on stage. In typical improv theatre fashion, we'll also ask for additional details for the scenes (e.g. places and names) during the show, in order to engage the audience and further personalise the narrative.

Before the performance, we'll hold a content briefing so you can explain the goals of the event and familiarise our actors with possible specific themes and context. We'll add this information to what we see in the work groups, presentations and discussions. There are several different show concepts to choose from throughout the course of the day, all with proven success:

• Warm-Up: We'll open your meeting with a short 'impulse show', which brings participants together, presents the agenda of the day and provides an energetic, cheerful start to the day.
• Wake-Up: After lunch, people often feel drowsy. We'll wake your guests up with an interactive, short programme and get everyone ready for the next round of input.
• Wrap-Up: To conclude the meeting, we'll come up with a meaningful and enjoyable reflection of your conference with artistic merit. We will conclude your event in a humorous way with a round of scenes showing the themes of the conference in stories and characters. 

Our memorable improv interludes make emotional connections between even the driest of conference topics. We strive to create a positive atmosphere, full of humour and high energy, so that conference members return to their working lives with renewed enthusiasm, optimism and a lasting smile.

The Gorillas' 'Business Theatre Team' can be implemented individually in accordance with any programme and the content is custom designed in a consultation together with you to meet your needs. Even the duration can be varied. We have experience with many formats, from short clips at different stages of a meeting to accompanying conferences comprehensively over several days.
