We love the art of improvisation. In improvisational theatre, there is a strong interaction between actors and audience. Whatever happens on stage is based in one way or another on suggestions coming from the audience. Improv theatre is direct, lively, spontaneous – every show is a one-time-experience.

2000 April: Our first show at the Jazzclub »Schlot«, making Tuesday the third regular day with a show

2001 March: Die Gorillas host »IMPRO 01«, their own International Festival for Improv Theatre
2002 Jan: Die Gorillas perform for the federal ministry of agriculture at the important agricultural fair »Grüne Woche« (since then almost every year until 2005)
  Jan: Invitation to the »Maulhelden«-Festival at the Tempodrom/Berlin
  March: Die Gorillas host their 2nd international festival: IMPRO 02
